Harvinder originally came to help us get access to a very tricky area on our roof, which involved removing tiles so we could waterproof the area and he did an excellent job. His communication was prompt, he is very knowledgeable and he arrived when he said he would. We would recommend him without hesitation.

Right first time, because it's going under a CCC
A new roof has to pass inspection and go under a Code Compliance Certificate, so it needs to be right the first time. That means the right system for the design, and detailing done properly at the parapets, internal gutters, penetrations and junctions where new roofs most often fail.
As certified applicators, we hand over the manufacturer's warranty documents your sign-off needs, along with our own 10-year workmanship guarantee.
The right roof for the design
The pitch decides a lot. Flat and low-pitch roofs, parapets and internal gutters need a membrane system. Pitched roofs can take asphalt shingles, long run metal or metal tile, and each suits a different look, budget and roof shape.
Because we install all of them, we can advise on the whole roof rather than one product, including designs that combine pitched and flat sections.
Working to your build programme
Getting the roof on is what closes a house in, so timing matters. We coordinate directly with your builder so the roof goes on when the programme needs it, and the details between the roof and the rest of the build are agreed before anyone is on site.

FAQs
New Roofs questions
When should I get the roofer involved?
As early as you can, ideally while the design is being finalised. The roofing system affects falls, parapets, gutters and flashings, and those are much easier to get right on paper than on site.
Which roof suits my new build?
It depends mainly on the pitch and the look you want. Flat and low-pitch roofs need a membrane. Pitched roofs can take asphalt shingles, long run or metal tile. We'll talk you through the options for your design.
Do you provide the documents for Code Compliance?
Yes. As certified applicators we hand over the manufacturer's warranty documents your sign-off needs, plus our 10-year workmanship guarantee.
Do you roof extensions as well as new homes?
Yes. Extensions are where the new roof meets the old one, and that junction is where leaks start, so we detail it carefully.
