Where metal tile makes sense
The common case is an older Auckland home with a heavy concrete tile roof nearing the end of its life. Replacing it like for like means the framing carries that weight for another few decades. Metal tile keeps the look while taking most of the load off.

What goes into a metal tile re-roof
